Kathy Hochul becomes the first Woman Governor of the State of New York.  She is the 45th woman to be Governor and the 9th woman currently serving.  19 States have never had women governors and there has never been a Black Woman as Governor of any state.

I love the sound of glass ceilings breaking...we have many more to go.
